During my stay at Premier Inn Cwmbran, I had some ups and downs. While the check-in process was smooth and my room was well-stocked, the breakfast service left much to be desired. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, particularly the hotel manager, Tanya, and the night worker, Colin, who brightened the atmosphere. However, the cleanliness of my bathroom was concerning, and I encountered some issues with the breakfast offerings. Overall, it was a mixed experience. 😅
